Welcome to VegMarket! Below you will find some useful tips that will help you navigate our website more effectively based on your dietary needs, as well as important information regarding allergens, deliveries and cancellations.
All of our products are 100% plant-based, and therefore suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and fasting. We also offer a wide range of organic and gluten free products, that you can specifically search for by selecting your desired tags on the left side of the “Shop” page:
• Simply select your desired tags and/or categories, and click on “Filter”.
• To return to the original “Shop” page in which all categories/products are displayed, click on “Reset”
• To view the subcategories in any given category, click on the icon.
Allergens will always be highlighted in bold. Certain products may contain trace amounts of allergens that are not included in their ingredients, due to their being produced in facilities that also handle said allergens. In such cases, the allergens will be listed in bold below the ingredients in the product’s description. Please note that while all VegMarket’s products are vegan, they may at times contain traces of dairy and/or other animal products.
Food companies often alter their product recipes. This can result in changes to the ingredients within a product, and the allergens that it may contain or have come into contact with. Although we make every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on our website is up to date, please always read labels, warnings, and directions on the packaging before using or consuming the product. In the rare occasion of a product containing an allergen not listed on our website, please contact us and we will refund the full price of the product, or credit you with the value of the product for other in-store purchases (according to your preference).
Which parts of Cyprus do you deliver to?
Unfortunately, at this stage we only deliver to addresses in Limassol, Cyprus.
How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
Whilst completing your order on our website, you will be asked to select your preferred date of delivery and the hours in which you are available.The earliest date you can select is the next working day, provided that you place your order before 21.00.
However, we schedule our deliveries on a first come, first served basis for each date and time range individually. As such, if a certain delivery date or time range is fully booked, the website will not give you the option to select it.
Is there a minimum order and/or a delivery charge?
The minimum order value is 25 euros, whilst orders below 40 euros incur a 3 euro delivery charge. For orders of 40 euros and above, there is no delivery fee.
What days of the week do you deliver on/ What is considered a working day?
We carry out deliveries everyday of the week apart from Sunday, during the following hours:
i) Monday-Friday: 14.00-22.00
ii) Saturday: 9.00-13.00
Is it possible for my order not to be delivered within the specified date or time frame?
We will do everything possible to deliver your goods to you within the specified date and time frame. However, traffic and other occurrences outside of our control may have an effect on the time, and in rare cases even the date, of delivery. Should this happen, we will contact you in advance to reschedule a convenient delivery time.
If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you can only cancel your order within twenty four hours from the time it was placed, with the provision that it has not yet been shipped. As such, you cannot cancel an order on the day that it is set to be delivered, even if the twenty four hour period hasn’t yet elapsed.
If you choose to pay by cash, you can cancel your order at any date prior to the date of delivery. You cannot cancel an order on the day that it is set to be delivered.
